I initially went for a facial, but once Liliya did an observation of my skin, she noticed I had adult acne and uneven skin pigmentation. Next, I purchased RenewEssence skin care products (made by Liliya) to use as my daily skin regimen at home. This is where things get interesting. I made an appt and was driving to get a much needed facial on my day off work. I called multiple times to confirm my time but was unable to reach anything except voicemail. I decided entering my credit card and booking online was enough. After I get on the highway to drive to my appointment i get a phone call from Liliya saying my time slot was double booked and I would need to reschedule. Very unprofessional and a waste of my block of time. There website says if you cancel your appointment the client is to pay for 100% of the services.
